After 40 years of waiting, the Odenton Town Center is finally Under Construction – check out some of the great projects that are underway, recently completed, or in the planning process!
The Seven Oaks Office Building offers nearly 69,000 sf of Class A office space adjacent to Ft. Meade, and is the future home of Anne Arundel County's Chesapeake Innovation Center. The building is complete and ready for interior fitout.
Meade Center, also directly across MD175 from Ft. Meade, will include 40,000 sf of office and retail space. The building is pre-leasing now, and final development approvals have all been obtained.
Behind Meade Center, Berger Square will offer 48 apartments around community amenities as part of a workforce housing development.
Alliance Residential Company is developing Broadstone West 32, a 212-unit luxury rental community. The project will consist of one bedroom and two bedroom floor plans, will be highly amenitized, and will include a pool, fitness center, BBQ and gazebo area in the private courtyard.
Novus at Odenton Town Center will include 315,000 sf of residential (175 apartments) and 15,000 sf of retail.
Independence Park at Odenton Town Center is a 128-acre, multi-phased, mixed-use development by The Halle Companies that will eventually include over 3.5 million sf. The first phase includes two 150,000 sf office buildings and a parking garage.
Town Center Commons includes 240 townhomes, many already constructed, and 16 live-work units.
The Village at Odenton Station is Anne Arundel County’s first transit-oriented development. Now completed, its 235 apartments are 90% occupied, and retail space is leasing quickly.
Odenton Square is a joint venture between the county, state, and private developers, and will include a mix of retail, office, residential, and structured parking to replace the current surface parking at the MARC Station.
Walgreens Pharmacy was recently constructed on the site of Rieve's Deli, which was relocated to the back of the property to preserve its historic structure.
Academy Yard is a 55-acre mixed-use development on the site of the former Nevamar industrial plants. Its first phase, the 369-apartment Flats170 at Academy Yard, is accepting occupants now, with planned future phases to include retail, additional residential, and possibly office space.
The Courts at Bonaventure are a recently-completed townhome development in East Odenton.
